Responsibilities:

• Loading, unloading, and staging products and materials
• Keep staging areas clean and organized
• Recording and maintaining accurate inventory counts
• Monitoring quality of all product based on customer specifications
• General lumber yard duties
• Follow safety procedures as outlined by company safety program
• Safety checks

Production Supervisor Required Experience:

• 5 – 7 years of manufacturing experience
• 3 – 5 years of leading and managing a team or crew
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Outlook

Production Supervisor Preferred Experience:

• Manufacturing experience in the lumber or wood fiber industry
• Experience leading a department with a positive culture
• Conversational Chinese/Spanish
